Do you charge a fee?
An initial consultation is completely free of charge . We usually charge a fee based on the complexity of your application and how much work is required and this is only payable when we have found a solution. This will be discussed with you at your initial appointment and will be between £599 – £1299.
What if I’ve been declined by my bank?
As we have access to a large amount of lenders we can work with you to find a lender most suitable for your circumstances – this includes high street lenders and more specialist lenders. We thrive on helping people that have previously been declined and will always try our best to find a solution. This means just because you have been declined previously it doesn’t mean we can’t help.
What time do you offer appointments?
We are completely flexible and will always try our best to work around you. We offer evening appointments as we understand the 9-5 doesn’t work for everyone.
